Exact Pipe Tools Inc. has been established in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, as the United States wholly owned subsidiary of Finland-based Exact Tools Oy. The company manufactures a line of steel, iron, and plastic pipe-cutting machines that are said to provide fast, clean, straight, and safe cutting.
